This 1910 Tudor was completely remodeled to accommodate the needs of a modern family. The historical details and features remain throughout, while new finishes and fixtures were woven in lending the house a feeling of the contemporary. The attic was converted into a play space equipped with kid cave niches and operable roof windows that offer a view and fresh air. The new design carries dynamic features like a new dynamic living wall protecting the dining room view from the neighbor’s house; and a door system opens a whole kitchen wall to the kid friendly rear yard.
